Terms of use
1. Who we are
Zensloth (zenslothcrm.com) is operated by Interactive Enterprises Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), Isle of Man Company Number 137228C. Contact: engagement@int-ent.ltd. Corporate site: interactiveenterpriseslimited.com.
2. The service
Zensloth is customer relationship management software: contacts, companies, leads, deals, tasks, and related records. You must be authorised to use the workspace you sign into. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for access you grant to other users and API keys.
3. Accounts
Keep your password and API keys secret. You must not share login credentials. Workspace admins are responsible for who they invite and which keys they issue. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe an account is abused or compromised.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use Zensloth for unlawful content, spam, malware, or to process data you have no right to hold.
- Do not attempt to break into the service, scrape other customers’ data, or overload the system.
- Do not misrepresent affiliation with Interactive Enterprises Limited or other brands.
5. Your data and our software
You retain rights in the customer and business data you put in Zensloth. Our branding, site design, and software are owned by Interactive Enterprises Limited or its licensors. Do not copy our marks or design in a confusing way.
6. API and inbound feed
API keys are write and read access to your workspace. Treat them as passwords. Revoke a key immediately if it may have leaked. We may rate-limit or disable a key that is abused.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular business outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interactive Enterprises Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Our aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to £100 or the amount you paid us for Zensloth in the previous 12 months (if any), whichever is greater — except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man. The Isle of Man courts have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.
