Privacy notice
1. Who is responsible
Zensloth (zenslothcrm.com) is operated by Interactive Enterprises Limited, a company registered in the Isle of Man (Company Number 137228C). Website: interactiveenterpriseslimited.com. Contact: engagement@int-ent.ltd.
2. What we collect
- Account data — name, email, password hash, role, and sign-in times for people who use the CRM.
- CRM records — contacts, companies, leads, deals, tasks, notes, files, and similar data you or your team enter, import, or send via the inbound API or web form.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and logs needed to run and secure the service (including API ingest logs).
If you put other people’s personal data into Zensloth (customers, leads), you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so.
3. Why we use it
To provide the CRM, authenticate users, process inbound leads, send operational notices you request, keep the service secure, and meet legal duties. We do not sell your CRM data.
4. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a consent cookie to remember your cookie choice. See our Cookie policy.
5. Sharing
We use hosting, email, and infrastructure providers as processors where needed to run the service. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not share your workspace with other customers.
6. Retention
Account and CRM records are kept while the workspace is active and for a reasonable period after closure or as required by law. You can delete records in the product. Ingest logs are kept for security and rate limiting.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you as an account holder. Contact engagement@int-ent.ltd. If you are in a customer’s CRM file, contact that workspace’s operator first.
8. International transfers
The company is in the Isle of Man. Hosting may be in the UK, EEA, or other locations. We take steps appropriate to the transfer.
9. Changes
We may update this notice. The date above will change when we do.
